Alex Salzillo
Trial Attorney | Partner
Prior to joining the Casino Law Firm, Mr. Salzillo worked in the Atlanta and Savannah offices of one of the most successful law firms in Georgia defending injury claims for the nation’s largest insurance companies. He was very good at his job. After successfully defending numerous jury trials, and having countless lawsuits dismissed on technicalities, he decided to put his skills and expertise to work in securing justice for those injured by the negligence of others. Mr. Salzillo is a partner and serves as the firm’s lead trial attorney, working tirelessly to make sure that the firm’s clients get what they deserve. Mr. Salzillo is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Savannah Bar Association, and the American Law Society, which has named him as one of America’s Top Lawyers. Outside of work, Mr. Salzillo enjoys spending time with his wife, Madison, and two daughters, Silia and Sadie.
Kelly Huynh

Prior to practicing law, Kelly Huynh was a lobbyist for one of the most successful lobbying firms in Georgia representing prominent clients, including the Atlanta Braves. Ms. Huynh was residing in Atlanta until she was involved in a tragic automobile collision that changed her life forever. She was driving home when an individual that was speeding while texting and driving took an illegal turn and crashed into her head-on. She saw her life flashing before her eyes and knew that there was nothing she could do but brace herself for the impact. The impact caused the steering wheel of her car to crush her dominant arm, which resulted in many broken bones, severed tendons, damaged nerves, permanent disfigurement, and chronic pain. She endured three surgeries that left her in a cast for over a year. An event such as this could easily make a person want to give up on life, but the fighter in her would not allow it. Ms. Huynh not only did not let the accident knock her down, but also vowed to become an attorney that would fight for others who are unable to fight for themselves. She went through the first half of law school without her dominant arm, yet still came out as one of the top of her class. As a survivor of a devastating car accident, she knows exactly how it feels to be a helpless victim who just wants the justice they rightfully deserve. Ms. Huynh’s positive attitude, determination to never give up, dedication to the law, and passion for helping others makes her the ideal advocate that will fight vigorously for you.
Ms. Huynh is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. Her diverse work experience has allowed her to live in various cities, but somehow Savannah’s sweet southern charm always pulls her back home to the coast. Outside of work, she loves being a fur mom, spending quality time with her family, traveling, and experiencing new adventurous things.
Crystal Gillison
Intake & Treatment Manager
Crystal Gillison is a wife and mother of two beautiful children with a heart as big as her smile. Crystal’s compassion for those in need makes her the perfect fit for the Casino Family. Crystal is the manager of the Intake and Treating departments and is responsible for helping the firm’s clients obtain the care and treatment they need while recovering from what can often be life-altering injuries. Putting God before all, Crystal is able to effortlessly balance work and home, comforting every person she meets.
Carmeshia Duncan
Intake Specialist
Carmeshia is a compassionate, determined God-fearing woman with a humble spirit. Prior to working at the Casino Law Firm, Carmeshia worked for 8 years with the Chatham County probation department, helping misdemeanor offenders to work through their troubles. Since joining the Casino Family, Carmeshia has put all of her care and compassion into meeting with new clients in their times of need. She is thankful for the many opportunities to help the firm’s clients, no matter how small or large the case. Each case motivates her to work harder, and she feels a personal connection to each client that walks into the firm.
Toni Capers
Records Specialist
Toni Capers is a Records Specialist at the law office of Casino Law Firm. As a Records Specialist, her job entails collecting and gathering vital medical records and bills from healthcare facilities. Her job as a Record Specialist is very rewarding. Having the ability to obtain pertinent data and providing the clients with a sense of peace is fulfilling. Toni is the mother of three amazing daughters. Toni enjoys spending time with her family and playing board games. Her hobbies include reading, traveling, and attending church.
Alysha Benn

Alysha Benn is a free-spirited, passionate member of the Casino Law Firm. Prior to joining our team, she worked in the healthcare field as well as customer service. As a Records Specialist for our firm, she frequently calls on her past experiences to help ensure every record and bill is accounted for and that all of our clients are satisfied. Outside of work, Alysha enjoys cooking, DIY-ing and spending time with her friends exploring the great city of Savannah. She also loves to visit her family out of state to kick back and enjoy the country life.
Kay Kawasha
Settlement Specialist
Muke “Kay” Kawasha is the Settlement Specialist at the Casino Law Firm. Kay’s strong-willed personality enables her to give each case the individual attention it deserves. Once a client’s case has settled, Kay aggressively negotiates the bills and liens to maximize each client’s recovery. A hardworking, detail-oriented member of the Casino family, Kay may be the last in the process, but she’s number one in your heart.
Tamara Harty
Accounting
Tamara Harty manages the firm’s accounting department. She ensures client’s and vendor’s accounts always remain current as there are thousands of billing transactions per year at the law firm. She enjoys spending her free time with her family and often competes in local athletic events.
